ONLINE WEBINAR TRAINING
One more learning opportunity in 2018!
Accessible from anywhere in the world – and the convenience of your own desk. This webinar is just what you need in preparation for kicking off 2019 by growing your team the right way for exponential growth and a higher bottom line.
We all know the power of teams, but they don’t always develop into the high performing teams we expect them to. Join Catherine as she walks us through the different developmental stages and helps us identify what we can do to help them grow.
The stages of team development do not always follow a linear pattern. If you don’t understand the stages, you won’t know what action should be taken to move your team to the high performance stage as your organization faces change and growth.
As a result of this training you should be able to:
- Learn the stages of team development; understand which stage your team is currently in
- Identify markers within each stage that lead to a productive team; plan for achieving or maintaining performing stage
You will receive a 10-page pdf workbook as part of this training
