Melanie Wallach is an accomplished Human Resources professional with more than 20 years’ experience providing leadership and guidance to executive teams and entrepreneurs. Melanie’s expertise includes overseeing the Human Resource function for employers of all sizes–from large global companies to small manufacturing facilities. Since 2012 she has worked with Barrett Business Services, Inc. (BBSI) where she consults with business owners in diverse industries including construction, agriculture, transportation and service organizations. Melanie’s passion for her field is reflected in her involvement with professional HR organizations locally and state-wide. She is the current Director of Diversity and Inclusion for CalSHRM and President of Northstate SHRM.
Jason Hedge brings an engaging and interactive approach to every training, consultation and encounter.
He has over 15 years experience training and developing staff from small startups to mid-sized non-profits to larger for-profit organizations. Jason uses consultations, workshops and authoring 10+ books to help leaders create higher levels of engagement and productivity with their teams.
