California Pay Data Reporting Required for CA Employers with 100 or more employees as of 3/1/2021

California Pay Data Reporting Required.  Under California legislation enacted on September 30, 2020 (Senate Bill 973) private employers of 100 or more employees (with at least one employee in California) must annually submit data on the pay, hours worked, and demographics of their employees to the Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) by March 31, 2021 and annually thereafter. The first filing deadline is March 31, 2021 and annually thereafter on March 31.
